12:20am Does this mean I missed a day?
Anyway. ‘yesterday’ was good! I ate fairly healthy again ^_^ and things are looking up. I’m mainly working on my mood lately. I’ve been down for two days… But I’m hoping it won’t last long.
Anyway.
I’m starting to lose bloat weight, which is great :D
Can’t wait to be skinny!

Day four,

I’m proud of myself for keeping up with this for so long :)
I mean, it’s only four days, but it’s four more than I thought I would do.

Anyway,
I did pretty well today. I jogged again this morning. I ate very heathy and in moderation, and I’m feeling pretty good. :D
I’m hoping to see results soon… But, not too hopeful haha. I’d rather not get my hopes down.

Day 3!
I did better today than yesterday :)
I didn’t eat as much and I ate I moderation. I really should lay off the fast food though… It’d be nice if my mom cooked more.. Or at least bought stuff for me to cook.. Instead she just buys little unhealthy snack things for my dad :/ doesn’t help when I want to go eat something from it..
Well! Jogging in the morning again!

Day two!
I did better and worse in some ways…
This morning I got up and jogged/walked for 30 minutes :)
I was proud of that!
Buuuut… I ate too much u_u i ate a lot…
Sigh
Tomorrow is a new day! I think I’ll eat very light tomorrow. It shouldn’t be to difficult to avoid eating because I’m busy all day. Well… That’s it for today!

I’m not off to a good start.
Weight: 143-145 (scale was cracked out)
Breakfast: amp energy drink (I know that’s horrible) apple, spinach bagel with cream cheese.
Lunch: pom x green tea, veggie sandwich from round table
I counted the calories and I’m at 1300
u_u it’s raining today but I’m hoping to get some exercise in tonight. If not, hopefully I have the motivation to wake up and go jog… It’s tough, I just have to get some self control.
I still at school.. I don’t get to go home until around 8pm and I’ve been here since 8am haha
I can do this!!

So here goes.. everything.

I’ve decided to make a weight loss blog in hopes of motivating myself. Tomorrow is day one. Every day I plan to write a Dear Tumblr, and it will include what I’ve eaten and any exercise I’ve done. On Sundays, I’ll record my weight and hope for results :) But if the results aren’t what I expect, I really want to keep this a motivational blog, so I am going to try and stay as positive as possible. I’ll also constantly post pictures of things that motivate me; which in most cases include the body types I’d love to have. By doing this, I’m hoping that it’ll give me something to ‘commit’ to.. I would love support and I’d love to support others. Send me your url if you’re a weight loss blog! :)
